I contacted *********************** from this company on February 15, 2023 about building my retirement home. He asked me what is the size, do I have plans that I can send to him and I told him approximately **** Sq Ft/ yes I will send the plans. He said he would review my plans and get back with me. He asked me how did I find his company? I told him that your company is listed online. You are the first company I have contacted. I'm looking for a builder to give me a price based on the floor plan or your cost process. Would like to have the home completed within a year and we are open to negotiations. Do you have clients/references or an inventory of homes you have built? Did not see any on your website. He told me Over 90% of our work is negotiated, so we build based upon our clients need. Currently we have 1 ground up home under construction and one home addition we are doing. Both customs. I will send you some pictures as well as list of references of residential projects. I hired a Superintendent a couple of years ago that was in business for himself building custom homes for over *********************** area.On February 18, 2023 I told him I'm standing by waiting on his decision. On February 27, 2023 I asked ****, have you had time to crunch the numbers? Also my wife and I can meet with you on 24 or 25 March in ******* at ************ Bar and Grill. Our property is on the same street so we can show you the build site. Please let us know. On March 9, 2023 I asked ****, if you sent a response we did not receive it. Please let us know if you are no longer interested in building our retirement home. No response from **** or his company. I really hope **** and his company do not plan to use my house plan as their own. I can't think of any other reason why they will not respond. Another example of a company mistreating a military veteran and his family.
