My mother is currently there. Some of the staff is helping her. Most arent. They leave her in bed to mess herself and will leave her there sitting in it for hours. She needs help standing and they dont want to help her to the bathroom. She has a uti! She cant be sitting like that! Theyd rather clean her up when they feel like it instead of doing their job! They keep giving her pork and weve told them many times she doesnt eat pork. We were told its in her file but it keeps happening over and over again! She has trouble with her phone sometimes and when she turned her flashlight on (by accident) she needed help turning it off. This nurse walked in and told her she didnt know how to turn it off. Thats a big load of bull. We were told they had transportation to her appointment. Well she had a VERY important appointment with her kidney specialist and they didnt take her. She has to see them to further the process of her getting a liver transplant. She was given 6 months to live if she cant get her transplant! My sister showed up and was waiting for her to arrive and when she didnt my sister called them and found out transportation was down. In case of this happening they have my sisters number. They didnt call her to tell her about the issue which is what they were supposed to do. My sister would have came and got her! Our mom is helpless. Thats why shes there! They constantly put things out of her reach. One day she had to puke in a cup to keep from puking on herself! Imagine it was you mom being ABUSED!
