Om May 6, 2024 I ordered a CPAP cleaner from Home ,Medical Products and paid $268.00. On June 1, 2024 I sent an email to the Patient ***resentative that I had not received the cleaner. It was at this time I told the *** that they can cancel my order and give me a refund of $268.00 *** told me refund will be issued shortly. On July 3, 2024 I contacted the Patient *** again to ask when I will be receiving my refund. I was told that my refund would be expedited. Today is July 21, 2024. I still have not received my refund even though it was to be expedited.I will not do business with company again. A ***utable company does not jack customers around like this.Business response

HMP management has called and spoke with the customer. The customer was refunded, and complaint resolved with the customer being satisfied. The customer was instructed to call management if he has any further issues.

I have a CPAP machine. I was asked about ordering new filters and seals monthly through this company who also supplied my CPAP. I agreed. On 2/16/23 the order was placed. They charged my credit card ***** and billed my insurance before they had even mailed the items. I was supposed to receive the items within 3 business days. They never came. On 3/1/23 I called and they stated they were unable to get an order from my doctor. At this point I needed a new filter because the one I had was dirty and causing breathing problems. I told them to cancel the order and I ordered the items online. I never received a refund so on 3/10/23 I called them. I kept getting passed all over the company. It is a nightmare to call them. I asked to speak to the billing department. Conveniently no one in the billing department could speak to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course there was no supervisor. I am a single woman and ***** is a lot to me. They took a message and said someone would call me back that day. No one ever did. I just want my money back and I never want to deal with this company again.Customer response
