      Hello, I had sent items for them to purchase which they agreed to purchase for a dollar amount. They have the items but never sent a check and this has been about three weeks now. Items in question are AED units which were used and taken out of service but still in working condition. Mailed to Master Medical Equipment on 8/23/2024 and they confirmed that they received units on or around 8/28. Even with the holiday being on 9/2 I still believe that payment shouldve been received to me by now. Every time I call I get the run around about if it doesnt come this day call them. I called the 3 times and that is what they tell me. I feel that I just got robbed!! And these units werent cheap when purchased new. Please help me with my next step on either getting my units back or having them pay what they promised. Plus I had to pay for postage to send them the items. I have all communications with them and picture of mailing label on box thanks.

      The check was cut 8/29, and it was mailed to her on 8/30.  We have communicated with her over the phone multiple times since the check was placed in the mail and assured her that the payment was on its way as originally stated. She has confirmed the address with us multiple times on the phone.  We have tried to explain to her that with the holiday on 9/2 that it will likely be take 7-10 business days to get to her.  Today is just the 8th business day. The check was then cashed by Mrs. *********** on 9/11/24. This issue should be resolved in full.
