This company doesnt even warrant a star .negative 3 stars. Dont use this company I repeat DONT use this company at any cost!! Do not know how they r still in business! 1. Did not send the right amount of workers as discussed 2. Employees not trained. They used the lift incorrectly cut a hydraulic hose and truck lost all hydraulic fluid on driveway. Then they tracked it into the house on carpet 3. Loaded upright freezer with 1/2 cow. Was suppose to unload meat in boxes since lift was not working then u load freezer. **** decided to be he man and unload the freezer on a roller ramp. Very dangerous someone can get hurt or killed this was a lot of weight.4. Temperpedic mattress not covered got filthy!5. Lost a cord to our electronic bed 6. 9 mm pistol STOLEN by workers. Police report filed. I contacted the office manager he informed me the contract states fire arms are not covered in contract. How convenient! He said I would have to deal with drivers directly .really!7. I think they just hire any warm bodies off the street & pay them cash by the job 8. This company is a joke! The only positive thing about this is I used my **************** Gold card. This was a life savor!!. I called them and they stopped the payment. Credited my account and they are dealing with this pathetic company. Im also going to contact OSHA or someone that can address how they are not training employees on safety practices. I would hate to think what might happen if someone was killed by their neglect or just dont give a ??
