The operational management of Allen Samuels **************************** is currently unsatisfactory. My ********************************* their possession for 8 months without progress towards roadworthiness. It was delivered at the end of May 2023 and remains there. Between May and December, purported staffing shortages resulted in delays in diagnosing the vehicle. After the diagnosis took less than a day to determine the malfunction, it also took less than a day to receive a response from the warranty department, yet I was repeatedly given three-week timelines, only to be told later it would be another four weeks. As of almost March, the vehicle remains far from undergoing an engine swap.Despite consistent misinformation regarding the diagnosis timeline, I have maintained composure. However, my attempts to contact the service manager have been ignored. My patience has become non-existent with the service department's managerial staff.What exacerbates the situation is the recent notification that I am expected to pay $3,100 for repairs not covered by the warranty. Initially accepting this cost, I now find myself in another three-month limbo with no resolution in sight and the service manager evading communication. It is untenable that I should be charged $3,100 while the manager avoids contact and the service advisors lack adequate knowledge about my vehicle.To retain my patronage, the dealership must significantly reduce the initially quoted price. Given the distressing experience endured, it is imperative that the business rectify the situation accordingly.Having exhausted attempts to reach the Service Manager, I am now seeking dialogue with the General Manager to address how the facility can rectify this situation.

The dealership has not contacted me regarding my grievance. Despite ample time, Allen Samuels has failed to reach out to address the matter.

The ************************ has got to be the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. The last four visits have all been negative. Two oil changes where I requested a specific oil and did not get it when told I would. One visit to address check engine light for code P0300, did not fix the issue and this 4th visit for the same check engine light issue I made an appt a week and half ago and the vehicle was dropped off yesterday evening for the appt this morning. Went by to pick the vehicle up this evening and it has not been touched. Horrible service! I will be finding another dealership to deal with.
