12/26/2023 they came out to unclog my sewer line and broke the pipe with the snake under the house. They didn't realize it and it dumped sewage under the house for 6 months. *************** came to spray under the house and found a lot of sewage and a broken pipe. My family has health issues now.

We have mailed a check to the customer for a total of $2,525.00 to cover the cost of the invoice from ******** Services for clean-up under the house.  This is more than the total of the invoice from ****** and the amount the customer paid us for the original issue.  We were not given a chance to remedy the original problem that ****** was called into fix, and we would have warrantied that to the customer with no charge.  The check was mailed 08-29-2023.

They replaced my inside electrical panel on August 5, 2022, and damaged my kitchen wall in 2 places and left a huge rectangular hole above the panel. There were pieces of sheet rock all over my kitchen floor and appliances. The box is in my laundry room. I called the following Monday and was told a supervisor would return my call by the end of the day, and they didn't. I had to send a msg through their ******** page on Tuesday along with pictures of the damage. The owner's brother called me the following day and said they would make it right, would send a contractor out to fix the damage caused by their electrician. I sent him a text message ( which I still have) right after we got off the phone asking him to send another certified electrician out to check the guts of the new panel. He had my check for full pmt and said he would hold it until everything was complete. I had to pay someone else to fix the holes. I ended up stopping pmt on my check, because I never heard back and they tried to run the check through my bank twice. The state inspector came out but didn't know the work was done inside because Ferguson didn't file the right information. I had to do all of the leg work myself and got in touch with *************************, State Supv of inspectors in *********. He and the original inspector, *****************************, came out on 11/16/22 and the inspection failed. They gave me 30 days or my electric company could shut off my power. Ferguson didn't come back to fix their failed inspection until 12/15/22. I haven't heard a word from them since. I don't even know if or when it will be inspected again. I had to wait over 4 months for them to come back. I filed a complaint with the ** ************************* for Consumer Affairs also.

*** Ferguson quoted us on a job for a remodel that we were planning. The quote was for 2 people and 3 days. The job took 12 days. Their work failed inspection 3 times putting us even further behind on our schedule. This ended up putting our remodel behind around 2 weeks. We tried to talk to them numerous times about coming to an agreement on a new price for the work. They wouldn't hear of it. The last time we talked to them they were supposed to call us, but they never did. They called us today saying they were going to put a lien on our home for the sub-par work they did on our home. We are not and have not tried to get out of paying our bill. We think it should be less because of their lack of commitment on their part. We have called them numerous times and have offered what we thought (and our contractor thought) was fair. They would not even entertain discounting their inability to complete a job they quoted. All we want is a fair price.

We completed the work that the customer agreed to at the price that they agreed to.  It took us longer to complete because the job became more difficult than we anticipated, but we didn't charge the customer any more for the extra time that it took.  We were also working as we could with the contractor not to work ahead of him so we were limited by his progress.  This work passed all inspections by the *************** and was completed as agreed upon.  There wasn't an issue with the price until it was time to pay.  According to the customer the contractor told her he could have done the work for much cheaper than we did.  That *** be the case but the customer knew her price before the work began and agreed to it.  We don't see any reason that this price should be reduced and have moved forward with placing a lien on the property as we indicated in a certified letter to the customer.
