This company was hired to create a cover for patio area. They started quickly and finished quickly. However the roof has leaked constantly. I have made several attempts to have the owner fix this issue but it has not been done yet.Initial Complaint

On October 25th, 2022, my insurance company, State Farm, inspected my roof with an employee from Alpha Roofing present. The insurance company agreed and cut a check to me, my bank, and Alpha roofing to replace my roof, and down spouts. The check was signed by myself, my wife, Alpha Roofing, and once my bank signed it, it was provided to Alpha Roofing to start work. With periodic contact from myself to Alpha Roofing, roof replacement was finally completed on 02/26/2022, with the exception of the replacement of the downspouts and drip edge. ******* stated that the drip edge was not a part of the contract, but actually it is a part of the contract. The insurance company wrote out a contract and pay schedule and Alpha Roofing agreed to what the insurance company put in the agreement. In a verbal agreement from ******* on 02/26/2022 he would have the downspouts replaced in approximately 2 weeks. As of today 07/19/2022 with numerous text messages and calls ******* has not responded. I would like for the work to be completed, or if he is not going to perform the work agreed to then refund the money already paid for the drip edge $502.15 and the downspout replacement $484.99, for a total of ******. If I can get the money back then I can have someone actually do the work. A personal check was also provided to Alpha Roofing for the additional work of adding a ridge vent and the $500.00 deductible. Alpha Roofing accepted payment up front for the work to be done in accordance with the insurance companies statement.Initial Complaint

May 4th there was a storm and a tree fell on my roof. I turned the claim in to the insurance company. On July 12 2021 I paid $8,737.62 to Alpha roofing for them to start work on my roof. The full amount I paid for the job was $17,475.24. See attachment for the contract where it states the commitment. they started the job in late Sept. 2021. and they have never finished the job. The shingles have been replaced but that's it. They left damage they themselves have done on top of unfinished work. See attached pictures. They now will not respond to phone calls or texts.Customer response

On 7/13/21 the claim was made for roof w/ ****** assistance. 7/24, its was approved. 7/27 contract was signed and deposit was given $5,XXX. 8/2 I was confirmed by ****** the material had been ordered. 8/13-8/14 roofers came out and completed the exterior work and full payment made. 8/14 I asked about the interior to garage and kitchen ceiling, this is where the trouble began. On 8/19 a man was sent out to do patch he informed me after working on the ceiling, he also informed me he was not a painter. I then called ****** and told him that was not our discussion, and I was expecting the job completed as explained to me instead of patch work along with pictures. He agreed that the work was poorly done and would reschedule with someone else. So, phone tag began, I would call *****, no response. I would call ******; I would get a response however he would have to speak with ***** or Jim whom I was told is no longer with the company. Calls to the home office in Jackson, TN with no response unless I called daily. On 10/12, another person comes and ripped the ceiling out and does a terrible job repairing it. I sent ****** and ***** photos of the outcome and they agreed that it was not properly fixed and would reschedule. I last spoke with ****** on 11/23/21, I have reached out to personal phones and company phones and have gotten no response. On 11/29/21 I reached out to ***** via text checking on update of scheduling and he responded he was waiting on the next available date. I spoke to them in regards of getting work completed prior to having to relocate for work. I have not received any communication since then. I really would like to get this job done being that I have paid this company in full August 2021. The pictures here is what my kitchen and garage ceiling looks like.Initial Complaint

We had anew roof installed around 8-17-2021.During the roof installation the vent pipes to water heater and furnace were knocked off.Phoned ************ on 8-30-21 told him about problems with vent pipes.Jim at first said Alpha was not responsible for pipes.I told ************ the roofers knocked off the vent pipes.Jim told me after many excuses would get someone to look at the problem.Had not heard from ************ I called again on 9-2-21 and sent him pictures of vent pipes. I was told he would try to get someone out tomorrow if not then next week.No one came bye on 9-3-21 nor did anyone come bye the week of 9-6-21. I sent a text message to ************ with concerns about the vent pipes still not fixed.I still haven't been responded to as of 9-21-21. I then contacted Garret Flower who I was told was the owner of Alpha on 9-10-21 12.55 pm on phone once again explained problems I was having .No!!! response I can not get problem resolved if no one at Alpha will talk to me !!!!!!!!!!!!Business response
