Purchased an electric PTO clutch from ****** that comes from this vendor. Bore of the PTO clutch was too small to fit the shaft of the B&S engine on my mower. Bought the factory PTO clutch from *** ***** dealer and received the same exact brand PTO clutch as the original and it fit PERFECTLY. Sent the Stens PTO clutch back and only received a partial refund on a poor quality item that the bore was too small on. ******/Vendor claimed restocking fee. WHAT Restocking fee on a defective item is a rip-off. Only received about a 50% refund. All the vendor had to do was put a new sticker on it, put it in a new box and then ready to sell to another sucker again. Would rate it a zero if it would let me.

The item that was returned was not in NEW like condition. The Item had been used then returned to the shipper. We sent the customer our return policy before they returned the used item. ******** return label also states this: ON ALL ****** RETURN LABELS: Instructions from Great Brands USA Item must be in original box, Original condition, along with everything that came with it. Once received, items will be evaluated & based on condition, A 15%-50% can be withheld. No returns accepted on orders over 30 days old. If there is nothing wrong with the item & it is the correct item ordered we could take a percentage fee on the return. MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ON THIS ITEM OR IN THE PACKAGED UNOPENED. OUR RETURN POLICY ON ALL AD'S UNDER SHIPPING & RETURNS If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us & you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package & must still be in new and unused condition. Dear BBB Representative The defective or poorly manufactured PTO clutch was shipped back in original box, with extra cardboard inside and extra tape on the outside to prevent it from breaking the box, with original foam wrapping. Only thing missing was one 1" X 3" sticker that I had to remove to try and install the bad clutch. After twenty plus attempts to install the PTO clutch onto my ****** * ******** motor even using a lubricate it was a no go. The bore or opening that is to slide onto the shaft of my motor was too small. Using a dial caliper it measured at least two one-thousands too small. The PTO clutch was returned NEW. I was not able to install it and therefore not able to use it. Again the one I purchased from my local *** ***** dealer slide right onto the shaft of my motor, no issues. I should not be charged $150.00 for a new box and one sticker so they can repackage a defective or poorly manufactured item and resell it to another person who will have the same EXACT issue as I did.

Great Brands You are an outright liar. I back to you a brand new but not properly manufactured electric PTO clutch and you KNOW IT. Only thing not the same on the clutch as you shipped it is that I removed the small sticker from it when I attempted to install the badly produced PTO clutch. I shipped the PTO clutch back to you in safer shipping manner than you shipped it to me. I believe you sell either fake or defective Sten PTO clutches and **** them off on unsuspecting people like me. NOT SATIFIED WITH MY REFUND. NOT SATIFIED WITH YOUR COMPANY. TOTAL RIPOFF.
