            Hired(Elite Handyman and Remodeling) to create a trash pad and side walk. Provided $1800.00 down payment. The work was to start on 01/13, no one showed up to do any work, No communication from ***** or ******** until 4:22pm that his phone was in the truck and that he had a family emergency. Sent a text requesting him to contact me, finally received a phone call after 7pm stating that he did not have time for a little job like this and that he would drop the $1800.00 off on 01/14. Never came by and dropped off the money. Left him a text on 01/15 to see when he would be dropping the money off, still not response. Figured we would give him a few days and texted again on 01/18 and still not response. Attempted to call, ***** and ******** will not answer their calls, can not leave a message since their phones are not set up to take voicemail. We have been very patient and understanding through this entire process. I would just like to get my money back. The work was never done.
