I placed a telephone order on August 25th, 2023 for a Hooker chest and was told the item was in stock and would arrive in 5-6 weeks. I paid the full amount of the chest that day, $1100 via an ACH from my credit union. On October 9th I telephoned Lenoir inquiring when I would receive my furniture. I was told by ***** that the piece was being loaded and I should receive a call from the delivery company within a few days. I telephoned again on October 20th informing ***** I had not received a delivery notification. On October 25th, I again telephoned and was told for certain 2 more weeks. It is November 7th and I have not received my furniture. It is apparent they are not telling me the truth and I would like my money refunded. I need the furniture as I have recently moved into my new home.Business response
