            On Monday 12/4 at 4:44pm I had informed one of the employees (Kiersten ****** I would have to cancel and reschedule my appointment with her that was scheduled for 12/5 at 4:25pm. I informed her I mixed up my days and wouldn't be able to attend tomorrow due to having other responsibilities that evening. Kiersten informed me she would have to charge my card $35 for cancelling on "short notice". When I responded informing her, I would see if I could move stuff around to hopefully be able to make it to the appointment, she instead immediately charged my card for the fee. She did not wait until the appointment was actually missed or to see if I could make the appointment, she immediately ran to charge my card. I did not give permission for my card to be charged and gave sufficient notice (24 hours) of my cancellation. She handled this unprofessionally and illegally charged my card for services that were not performed. I am requesting a refund of $35 that I did not give permission to be charged for.
