    Great on customer service, very responsive. Everything was great until time to pay. This person Jack failed to invoice me correctly to include two separated charges on two boxes of engineered flooring he managed to track down for me(I'm in AZ). So I was instructed to have to come up with another full shipping amount which I thought was a little stiff. Whatever, the client needs the additional boxes and they are willing to pay to have it. Fine. I have to front the cash, so on the additional *** shipping on an invoice was sent. Busy as heck, but I'll stop and do it again. Invoice said *** I paid it through shop pay. Receipt shows up for ****!!! A refund issued right away, but the damage done. Drained my account. I won't see the refund for 5 days. Major screw up or maybe not. Sure seemed shady, but ok "system error". I would expect some sort of compensation, or a free box or something for this. Nothing offered, and refused to answer the phone after.

    So many interlocking edges broke during install, which was done by a professional. Their retun policies are absolutely ridiculous and make it impossible to actually make a return. When attempting to make a return there were so many hoops to jump through and you need to get them approved through the company first. They charge retocking fees as well as other credit card fees. They also want to you pay to ship back your item. In the end you end up keeping products that you don't need because by the time everything is said and done you end up spending more money and see nothing in return. After placing an over ***** order we found that our measurements were off, again taken by a professional, and were shrt 4 boxes of flooring. When attempting to re-order we were told that shipping on **** ** ******** ***** ** **** and there was basically nothing they could do to help us. Their customer service is awful and they are all about snatch and grab when it comes to money and not actually helping their customers. I will never do business with them again and strongly advise that no one else does. Will be back to update on the actual quality and durability the flooring.

    Ms. *******, There has been no communication of an issue at all from your husband regarding your purchase. May I ask why you could not take this up with our staff prior to posting a negative review? I am sure we could have worked something out. Our shipping is not free – it is VERY expensive. We build the cost of the pallet freight into the order. This is why we do not give free shipping on orders less than ***** because we do not make enough money on the order to cover the freight cost. The locks on your flooring we not broken when you received the order. If your “professional” broke the locks during installation, he did not read our installation instructions prior to doing the job. Just because someone claims to know how to install doesn’t mean they know how to install every type of locking system. This is why we STRESS that everyone read the instructions prior to taking on the task of installation. Believe it or not, we have less issues with homeowners installing our products than we do “professional”. The homeowner will actually read the instructions. The professional who has the attitude of “I’ve been installing for 30 years – I know what I am doing” is the person who will mess up the job every time. Again, if you would have communicated to my staff that there was an issue, you would not be writing this negative review. Alan **** – Owner

    numerous defective pieces we paid premium money for, contacted xxxxxx ( who was my best friend until the flooring arived) during discovery of these flaws during installation. After completion, 2 things happened, Dalton blamed the shipper and our installation on the damaged planks that came out of undamaged boxes..the defects came from the factory... I'm on my own, I join the list of other purchasers who were lied to. As a parting comment, the pictures don't lies.

    My wife and I had visited several flooring stores, but we were unable to find the quality we were looking for in LVP flooring, until we walked into the show room at WeShipFloors. We were greeted and expertly guided by Dalton ****** To help us decide on a floor that would look good in our home, Dalton allowed us to take full length (not small pieces) samples of four floor choices to our home. This made it so easy for us to decide which floor would be best for us. We chose Supercore Xtreme XLT Tennessee River Hickory 8mm X 9 X 72 Waterproof Rigid Plank Flooring with a 30mil wear layer and we love it. This product is waterproof and scratch and dent resistant. It is amazing how our furniture glides across the floor so easily. It seems impossible to scratch and there is no way a pet could hurt this floor. We had The Tennessee River Hickory installed in our entire home and we know that it would look amazing in any home. The thickness of this product makes it so comfortable to walk on and it has the appearance of an extremely expensive floor. We were able to buy this superior product at 25% off and none of the other five locations we checked could even come close to the quality or the price. We are so thankful we found WeShipFloors, and we would buy from them again. Dalton was honest and kept his word on everything he told us. The flooring was shipped to our door at no extra charge. We were able to return five unopened and undamaged boxes for full credit with no restocking fee. Thank you, Dalton and WeShipFloors for helping us make our home beautiful.

    WeShipFloor's SUPERCore is the ultimate in waterproof flooring and I've experienced it all! Their 6mm rigid plank is not only waterproof, but also offers superior durability and comes in a number contemporary looks like the Chattanooga Hickory - which I put in my place. It really is the best waterproof flooring that you can buy and it isn't even close.

    Cheap product with predatory marketing and smash and grab attitude towards sales. Learned about them through a feed started by themselves and closely monitored by themselves in a well played attempt to gain confidence in their product. If you read the same, don’t trust what is read and don’t trust the short samples. While they advertise free shipping on large orders, there is a reason why they charge so much for just a few boxes. Inherent weakness of core and locking mechanism can be easily seen with a full plank. They know this and mitigate damages through the fine print, vague instructions and refusal to even answer related questions after purchase. After purchase, multiple attempts to clarify instructions went unanswered. Ignored actually. My mistake for the naiveness of my purchase. Lots of red flags that I set aside…well played and lesson learned. As for this review, time well spent even if just one family makes a better decision.

    All the above statements are ABSOLUTELY not true! We do not sell inferior products. We pride ourselves on having the very best waterproof flooring with the best locking system in the industry today. If there were a manufacturing issue on our end, we would take care of the problem no questions asked. The customer never contacted us saying that he was having issues. (We record all of our calls). We have reached out to the customer via email and phone, but we have received no response.

    We installed over 3500sq ft of Elaine's Reclaimed Supercore LVT in our home. We have 3 large dogs, live with constant tracking of dirt and sand, and we have quite a bit of traffic in and out of our home! We installed the first half about 4 years ago and the flooring STILL looks amazing!!!! Quality, service, and price were AAA+++. Fast, got it in remote New Mexico in 4 days, no shipping or tax. Also you don't have to spend extra money for padding, glue, screws or nails! It already has it's own pad. Stays nice all year long and dampens the floor noise!!! You can't go wrong!!!

    Company does not stand by their product. As you can read from others reviews, they offer poor customer service, blame the customer for product damage or quality and use their "independent" inspector to do so. I'm sure the CEO will respond to my review with words of customer blame as he has done with others, rather than stand behind their product. Really bummed that we spent so much money on a product that didn't last 3 years. Take note of reviews before buying.

    All we can do is sell you quality product. We cannot control what you do with the product once you receive it. The issue you are having is instalation related - just as the inspector who came out to yourhouse stated in his report. Rather than hammering us with a negative review, you should go after the real culprit here - your installer. If you go to the store and buy a box of light bulbs and you drop one when you're screwing it in - is that the light bulb manufacturers fault? No. If there was a quality issue, we would take care of it no questions asked. You will not find a single review anywhere online of our product having quality issues. It's a exceptionally made floor, but it's not fool proof...
