This is a simple complaint about returning a purchased item that I cannot use. The acknowledged order date was Dec2022, The item is (1) Great American Waffle Iron for ******** My order number: 487-5d7. This item is perfectly fine except that it is simply too heavy for my use. Three times I attempted to reach the seller via their email address: [email protected] to request an RGA (return goods authorization), per their return policy. I explained that the item is completely unused and in exactly the same condition as received. I have not received any response or acknowledgement from the seller via their email. There is no phone number anywhere that I can find to simply call to resolve the issue.Business response

Thank you for forwarding the customer's complaint. The link on our website that handled the email address referenced became dysfunctional at some point. It has been removed from our website. I have also been traveling and just received the complaint on 7 March. I have forwarded a return label to the customer and given him my personal cell phone.
