      The customer didn't give us a chance to reply. They would send an email and before we could respond send another one, and another one and another one. We clearly state in our automated reply to only send ONE email because sending multiple will slow down response time. This is because with each new email they get bumped to the top of the list as NEW and we answer the oldest emails first. In the future, should the customer have an issue, one email is all that's needed in order to get assistance. Please note, we are a small business and this is the busiest time of year so response times vary from 48 hours to 4 days depending on holidays and hours. 

      This order has been refunded and the customer can dispose of the items. We have also closed the email as resolved since the customer will receive a response here.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The response from Business is not factual. I didn't send email repeatedly as mentioned by them. First email was on 20th Dec and second follow up email was after 10 days on 2nd Jan 2024 which is way after their LA of 4 days. But I am happy that the refund is made and I agree to close this case as my requirements are met.

      Recently I ordered a five pack of ear buds from a Daily Deal and I received the package with all of the product. Only one set of these works and the others are defective and do not charge. I called both phone numbers for the company Jammin Butter and they are both disconnected. I want my money back please. I copied the envelope they were delivered in with no other paperwork.

      Item was sent to wrong address company says its my fault. I have bought from them sevreal times in the last 13 years and have never had a problem. They did advise that the adress was wrong thay also advised they would not reship or refund

      Customer's are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date addresses. The address provided to us was used and the order shipped and delivered. We do not keep track of our customer's by knowing if/when they move, or when they are shipping to a friend or family member. The address is 100% their responsibility. Customer's also can update the address or cancel orders within 30 minutes of placing it if they see any incorrect information. The package shows it was delivered via The customer was advivsed to check with neighbors and the post office.

      Good morning, I have placed several orders from their company. Several of the orders I have not received which I ordered back on November 22, 2022. The order numbers are as follows: Order # 25-5122040-JBPR 2 Tracking # 1zf3f9050321889483 2× Mystery Santa Canvas gift Bag, 99.98. December 4, 2002 Order 25-5140976-JBPR Tracking # 92612927005642000004092772 Mystery Santa's North Pole Express Canvas, 49.99. These are all the items I did not receive from those 2 orders. With that said, I think that is an ample amount of time for shipping without excuses of Covid and bad weather. We were excited to open these on Christmas but still never received them and one was a gift. I ask them to please reach out me with the status of my order or I will request a refund. for. Some of these were ordered over a month ago, November 22, 2002/December 4th. both say partially shipped. In this case, I should be refunded for my order that I never received Also, if the whole order is shipped why does it still say partially shipped under there status. It also states that it will be shipped as multiple orders from several locations but I only received 1 tracking number for each individual order. They state on their website it says 8/10/within 10 days to process and 3/5 for shipping, which we are well past. So, I need an accurate status/refund because they did shipped them and I did not receive them. Either way, we way passed the marker. I reached out to them and keep got automated responses and customer service number not in use. I also wrote to their Help Desk, still not resolved. Thank you for your time, please reach out to me.

      Made a purchase on the website and a few weeks later received a partial refund. I contacted customer support because I thought they must have run out of the item. They said the item was returned for a bad address and refunded 75%. Since I never received the item and I never cancelled the order, I would like the remainder of my refund. Email string: I placed this order (#1-4619622) in October. The total was $19.96. On November 17th I received a refund to PayPal for $14.97. Why was only part of the order refunded, and should I be expecting 1 of the 4 total items ordered? Thanks Hello! Customer did not contact us to fix the address at anytime, and it shipped with the information they provided. We followed our posted procedure stated in our policy, and the customer was given a 75% refund.
