I am writing to file a complaint against Blue Lizard Sunscreen regarding their unresponsive customer service and my negative experience with their product. Despite making multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response from their customer service team regarding my order and the subsequent issues I encountered. I placed an order with Blue Lizard Sunscreen, with Order #BL43101,. Since then, I have reached out to their customer service department three times over a two-week period, using email channels. Regrettably, I have not received any acknowledgment or response to my inquiries. Furthermore, I must express my dissatisfaction with the product itself. Upon using the Blue Lizard Sunscreen, I experienced a reaction, causing discomfort and irritation to my skin. Considering the potential health implications, I immediately discontinued use and sought an alternative solution. As a result, I am now seeking a return and a refund for the product in question. I believe it is essential for businesses to prioritize prompt and effective customer service, particularly when customers face issues with their products. The lack of response from Blue Lizard Sunscreen is not only frustrating but also reflects a disregard for their customers' concerns and well-being. I kindly request your intervention in this matter and ask that you investigate my complaint against Blue Lizard Sunscreen. I hope that the Better Business Bureau can facilitate a resolution and ensure that Blue Lizard Sunscreen takes appropriate measures to improve their customer service and address the health-related concerns associated with their product. I recently purchased two full-sized bottles of Blue Lizard Baby SPF 30+ Mineral Sunscreen. Unfortunately both bottles had a rancid odor when I opened them and an off color. Believing I was possibly dealing with a toxic and/or spoiled product, I immediately disposed of both bottles. I would like a refund or replacement as each bottle was $20.Business response

I have checked my deleted and sent folder to make sure I didn't overlook something. I do not have anything in either folder. I can send the customer a replacement once I know what she has. I will need some additional information from her. Please have her call 1-800-877-8869 x 2222. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/03/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Please replace two bottles of Blue Lizard Baby 8.75 Oz 30+ sunscreen (bottle turns pink in UV light). Thank you. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/03/23) */ Crown no longer makes SPF 30 in that formulation. We only make a 50. This is why we wanted to talk to her to discuss her options. Please advise.
