      ii was paying my son tuition fee for basketball camp an i had no idea of the contract to which his mother and him signed ,it was still not brought to my attention when i spoke to the coach about the. as i paid this fee upon requested ,what was stated was all false info ,i have spoken to coach ra several times before ,now that im askig them for a refund another person states thats the contract says no refund on the 5000, but when i said that my son brought the rest other person said he have no idea about that but the 5000 is not refundable.so im asking for help to getting my 4000 bac

PayPal, who typically finds buyers in favor of disputes, settled the disputed amount in Experience Academy's favor due to the paperwork and contracts we have on file for Robert Grant. Our Refund Policy states: "There are no refunds for the application fee submission. There are no refunds for the background check fee submission. There are no refunds for the $5,000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit. ***There are no refunds for Experience Academy tuition." Our Terms and Conditions can be viewed in full here: https://www.experienceprepacademy.com/terms-conditions The Application and Player Contract both have an agreement of our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, the Invoice - EA Tuition Robert G., which is the payment in dispute also has a link to our terms and conditions, which directly states there are no refunds for our program. We are a basketball training Prep School, and the money paid was towards the tuition of Robert Grant. These documents will be mailed/emailed to the BBB, because there is no portal to upload the documents here. Because the contract that i had no idea of to which i have in my possession now doesn't state non of said from experience academy,i have requested the contract from my son robert grant j.r received it ,read it . theirs no statement not as said by experience academy about refund status.only the $5000 fee of tuition fee was non refundable,upon signed contract,to which i have not signed an or had no idea of at the time of payment I sent $1000 dollars through PayPal and sent $3000 in two money orders with my child upon arrival. Only asking for them to refund my $4000 for my son only was there for only three days Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2021/12/18) */ ***Document Attached*** The only reason why PayPal ruled in their favor is because i didn't respond in time of need Business Response /* (4000, 22, 2021/12/20) */ ***Document Attached*** As can be shown from the following evidence (see attachments), emails have been sent to the party in dispute on July 21, 2021. These emails prove that Robert Grant did receive the Admissions Packet (attached as EA - Packet 2021) which contains our Behavior Commitment Contract and Player Contract before he sent in the money in dispute. His $1,000 payment sent via PayPal on August 13, 2021 (which he disputed and PayPal found our business in favor of the dispute), and the remaining $3,000 ($500 cashier check & $2,500 cashier check) received on August 16, 2021 which should prove that he had the paperwork and continued to send in payments. The Player Contract, which Mr. Grant says he didn't know about is clearly not true. The Player Contract states that "You have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions". We do not accept student athletes without a signed contract. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that there are no refunds for any tuition. All of this is easily identifiable on our website (www.experienceprepacademy.com), and in our paperwork. When Robert Grant decided to leave our program within the first week there were numerous discussions on the phone that there were no refunds. And as a parent we encouraged them to keep their son in the program to fulfill their agreement. In addition to telling Mr. Grant we do not give any refunds for tuition, we have also been advised by our attorney not to do so as well.
