I cannot recommend Rocky Top Installers highly enough. I had a shaky experience with a previous granite install and wanted to use another company for our current remodel project. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by Kris, one of the owners. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable of their products. They had a great selection and very competitive pricing. I was on a very tight timeline, and they were able to work me in to their schedule to accommodate. They were timely, professional, and had excellent communication and customer service. I was so pleased with the process, from measurement to install. The end result and product I couldn't be happier with. Thank you Rocky Top!!

Absolutely the BEST costumer service ever. When I first met Kris for a quote on my kitchen reno, she said we are busy but we will take care of you. Wouldn't give a quote until she came to measure the job. She said it wouldn't be fair to not fully service my job. They have done 2 kitchens for me and I have NO complaints!Rocky Top Installers Inc. We had a wonderful experience with Rocky Top! From visiting the shop to the final install. We thought they have a great selection of colors. Good lighting in order to see all of the nuances of the stone. Great and I do mean GREAT communication. From office to installers the folks are personable and professional! We love our counter top!!! Thank you!!
