      March 14th 2023 - I was using wash n roll car wash, a automatic car wash. The car wash stripped the ceramic coating off the bedside of my truck when it did it peeled off the clear coat on my truck, also on the driver side lower door. My windshield was chipped and approximately 1 ft x 1 in on the roof of the truck directly above the chopped windshield it peeled the paint off to the metal. The front grill has been chipped and paint removed that all lines up in a straight line. I had used this car wash service for approximately one year and paid for the under carriage spray and it was never in operation even though I had paid for this option. I have made attempts to speak with someone at the company and was told a complaint was filed but they were not reliable for damage.

      I was charged a fraudulent monthly fee of 39.95 on 2/27/22. I was told I had a free car wash (with mailer coupon) then the attendent made me give him my debit info. I refused, but then was not able to get out of line due to cars behind me. I was scammed and don't know how to get my money returned. Contacted bank to get assistance too. I never asked to be enrolled in a program. I was promised I would not be enrolled in a program.

      Sold off car washes didn't tell customers now I can only chose part of car washes. One in Murfreesboro not others. No way of knowing which I can use. No sign designating which I can use until pulled in car wash

      I went to this business to redeem a free car wash I received. When I pulled up to redeem the offer, I was pressured into getting a monthly subscription for the first month for free instead of a single wash. I agreed and provided my information. After completing the carwash, I went back to the attendant and advised that I wanted to be signed up for a monthly subscription because I did not like the wash and that I only came for the free wash. She agreed and was to not charge my card for the followingmonth. I did not realize until today that I was charged for 2 months. I called the customer service and they said they could not refund me because I signed up and that they can't confirm what happened that day. The lady also stated it was their policy to not issue refunds. I am requesting that a refund to be issued for the 2 months of fees that I did not agree to and to confirm that the subscription is cancelled.

      I purchased a VIP wash on 9/30/21. The attendant said they offer one free month of unlimited wash with a VIP purchase. I asked if it renewed automatically and he said yes at the "end of the month." I signed the brochure and continued with the wash. We hadn't used the service at all so I decided to cancel. I had no physical copy of our agreement, no electronic copy of the agreement and no way to cancel. I found the company online and called the customer service number which stated "they would call back next week." Since the deadline to cancel at the end of the month (presumably 10/31/21), I stopped by the car wash and the attendant on duty gave me another number to call. I realized I was charged (3) full business days prior to month-end (10/28/21). Customer service refused a refund citing that I had signed a brochure stating it renewed the 28th of the month. I'm filing a complaint because the merchant is in violation of their merchant agreement with VISA which states the merchant must provide documentation to customers laying out terms of subscriptions following a free trial. Additionally, reminders must be sent out to customers before a subscription renews and cancellation should be simple. I was provided with no information other than the attendant's word that the billing renewed "at the end of the month." I am requesting a refund of $39.99 - the cost of the month of billing.
