Michael ****** promised a full 100% money back guarantee. He is a scam artist and crook. We paid him up front in full for dog potty training services and have proof where he promised a full refund if our dogs were not trained within 5 days. He did not train them at all, left them in their crates all day only to return to us smelling terribly. And they are still using it in the house and in their crates. He has cancelled services on us multiple times where we could not bring them and hasn't been feeding them while under his supervision. Before agreeing to his "services" he sent texts confirming if he wasn't successful in training them it was a full money back guarantee.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The business owner lied promising a money back guarantee that if my dogs were not potty trained within 5 business days he would refund us the money. He offered extra days which we took them and they still were not trained properly. He had told us multiple times he guarantees they would be trained or money back.

7/18 loaned $2,640 to company so they could pay rent. Signed document they would pay me by 8/31. They now refuse to pay any and say have no money. My name was Stimmell at time but divorced and now ******.Business response

Ms. ****** is incorrect and is only saying that i owe her $2600, which was a personal matter and had nothing to do with my bisiness. Is because she owes my business, which is Top Level Dog Training Academy ** *** ******** *** ********* *** ***** $6,250.00 for training a service dog for her. Ms. ****** is a liar and a crook.

Actually Ms. ******s claims are false and baseless. She owes for the ramaining amount of dog training that was trained to her dog bear as a service dog. I have 5 witnesses and the contract in which Ms. ****** signed and I have submitted it. Ms. ******s claim has nothing to do with the business in the first place, it is about a personal matter which will be resolved in court.

There were never five adults present when I acquired Bears training agreement. Additionally as can be seen on the attached bank statements I paid for all of Bear's training as agreed upon. Two payments of $2,080 for each training session. Any made up additional fees came after he did not pay the rent money back. I loaned him money on 7/18 to pay the rent so that the institution would not be shut down and Bear could complete his training which ran until 8/11.
