      Had one outside electric outlet installed. Two employees less than 30 minutes time. Bill was *******. Contacted company twice asking for itemized statement on material costs and labor charged. Said they "weren't set up to do that." said they would work on getting me the statement I asked for. When making appointment was told since I as a new customer i would get a 10% discount Asked why this was not reflected on bill was told installers made a mistake and we would receive a refund check by mail. That was on 5/17/24 and no check. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY runaround and false advertisement

      Do not hire. They will tell you anything to get your money. Trip only, was at least ******* Did nothing , knew nothing cc generator even though they said they where knowledgeable.

      Satisfied with work definitely fixed problem but I don't understand how you can charge someone 720.00 for 45 minutes work with minimal parts seems to me that is very excessive and taking advantage over someone's situation of needing electricity and that's including 49.00 trip charge and 338.00 diagnostic charge total 1107.00 for two and half hours on property averages out to over 400.00 a hour sounds very excessive to me

      We were supposed to give you a price before any work was performed.
      If this didn't happen then we didn't follow procedures. There will be restitution
      made on your behalf.

      Your agent did give me a price before hand my issue is it took him 45 minutes to fix my problem and charged me 720.00 for that with some wire and breaker I just think that's extreme for what he done and that's after charging me 338.00 for diagnostic that's less than 2.5 hours and also when I called to get my receipt I told person that answered I was going to contact BBB she said I should do whatever I needed to do that's great customer service
