On June 6, 2022,I had a cataract surgery on my right eye. I paid an additional $950.00 for a premium lens that I was told was better and would increase my vision to 20/25. I borrowed from Eastman Credit Union, $1900.00 dollars, I was going to have surgery on both eyes. My vision has not improved, the implanted lens is visible when light is shining ( I can see the shape of the lens in my eye.) The lens feels as if it is not in correctly, because after a month my eye feels like it would if I slept with a contact lens in my eye, and the eye feels sensitive. I was promised to be able to regain my distance vision back, as I am 65 years old and want to remain independent as long as possible, and reading glasses can be purchased at DOLLAR TREE, for $1.25. I have had other issues with the Eye Center, for failing to deliver what they promised. I hope and pray you can do something, and make them accountable. I am out $950,00 dollars my vision is the same, and now my eye is sensitive, and when light hits my right eye, it emits a halo outline in my eye. I personally believe they put a wrong lens in, or just blatantly lied about what they could do. I appreciate you, and hope to hear from you in the near future. Sincerely, Chuck P.
