Date of transaction - May 24, 2023 $paid * ******3 Complete Tractor said that I could return item by July 5, 2023 with free shipping. This item wasn't the type of Steering Box that I needed so I didn't open it and wanted to return it. I contacted the company and they sent me an email to use to print the label to return it. Every time I tried to print the label, it said, "We couldn't process because of technical issue, because of technical issues." or "it's not on your part, it's on ours, please try again later." So I tried several days thinking that I would be able to print it, but no. Therefore, I contacted Complete Tractor and they said that I needed to contact Ebay.com since that was who I bought it through. Ebay tried to help me but still couldn't so they said that I would have to contact Complete Tractor that it was on their part. My wife and I have contacted both places numerous times, been on the phone for hours and still no help. I asked if they could just mail me a label and got no where with that. Even when I went to my cart to see if I could find it, it didn't show up in my cart. I went to items ordered in the last 60 days and it said there was no items ordered. I still have this steering Box which is unopened. I have sent them pictures and everything. I need a label to send it back with free return shipping. I even drove to the Kingsport, TN office, thinking that I could drop this item off and could not get anyone to open the door. Apparently, it's not a walk-in office, since there was items laying at their door which looked like return items. Please help me get this item returned and get my money back. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose this money. Thanks for any help that you can give us. On 28 June 2022, I ordered a PTO conversion shaft from Complete Tractor. It arrived within 2-3 days, but unfortunately, the incorrect part was sent. I contacted the company about a refund, and was given RMA XXXXXX. I shipped the incorrect part back to the company, and have not received my refund. I have contacted the company 3 times requesting a status, but am no longer receiving any communication from them. I went ahead and ordered a new part from the same company, and have received it, but am still waiting on my refund of $109.19. Would you be able to help me? Thank you,Business response
