In Dec 2021 Fairway VW replaced engine wiring harness on a 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagon TDI that I subsequently purchased from a private party. The work was not done correctly resulting in damage of the new wiring harness. A different VW dealership discovered the problem and notified ***** ****** the service manager with Fairway VW. She ultimately agreed to pay for the repair. The repair was completed and invoice sent to Fairway VW. Payment has still not been received. When I called ***** ***** last week she told me she had overnighted a check to The dealership that did the repair last week. They have not received the check, but I paid for the repair so I could have my car back. ***** ***** is not returning our calls. I'm seeking help with securing payment as promised by ***** ****** The amount is roughly $1300.
