My husband and I recently did business with ******** Properties and are very pleased with the result. We decided to sell our house "as is" to a local real estate investment company. I made several inquiries and spoke with several people. Amongst them was Jeff ********. He came out to the house, did a walkthrough, and inquired about some aspects of the house's condition. He then told us that he would not be making any requests for improvement before he bought it (and kept his word)! While I wish he would have offered more (wouldn't we all?), his offer was very reasonable, especially when compared to some of the laughably low-ball offers we got from most of the other companies. What's more, and this is probably the most refreshingly unexpected, Jeff gave his best price From The Start, unlike other companies that decided to "try and match our best offer" AFTER giving their "underestimates." So, Thank You, Jeff, for being honest!

We didn't even have to clear out anything (old furniture, etc). It was literally "as is," true to the phrase. We accepted his offer, and we are very glad we did! After we signed the contract, there was very little we had to do. He had a couple people to the house to evaluate their scope of work. Likewise, a home inspector took a look to evaluate issues they were less familiar with. None of these visits had an impact on the sale. They were merely informative so they could start preparing for when we closed. Closing took less than 30 minutes, as Jeff and his associates had already done everything they needed to with the closing company ahead of time. Although I had some stresses and misgivings throughout the whole process (there are some serious horror stories out there regarding "we buy as is" companies), I am so glad we stuck it out with Jeff. He took the time to talk things over with me and ease my mind. It was a quick and wonderfully easy process (less than a month from start to finish). We highly recommend Shipwash Properties!
