Moved out of the apartment complex and turned in the keys on May 4, 2022. Moved out 12 days earlier with managers approval of pro rated rent will be given back. We were suppose to be receiving a check of almost $700 from there main office Valor Residential Group LLC according to the manager Hailey Pierce. It has been nearly 2 months since we moved out and haven't received our check. Been messaging manager and keeps saying we will receive it in the mail. I messaged and called her but she never returns my call when I leave a voicemail. When I message her she simply doesn't respond on most but responds a few days later at her convenience. Hailey has emailed me that she spoke to accounting and that I should of received my check last week Wednesday. A new week is coming and I still haven't received it. I emailed her again on This past Friday and Saturday. I even called Friday and they did not pick up nor did they respond to my voicemail. It has been almost 60 days since we turned in the keys. They are simply not giving me the money that is owed to me. All I want is for what is owed to me. They are stealing peoples money.Business response
