I have sent the proof of insurance to the email address provided by the complex twice and they keep charging me a $13 fee for the insurance. I cannot reach anyone at the office and the only way to send to them is via email and I have sent twice to specified email address. I received a text from their office confirming they received it the 2nd time I sent the policy but we were still charged on 9/1 the additional $13. I want a refund for the $26 since I sent the policy and this charge should be removed. Amanda *****Customer response

The manager Kayla from The Standard called and emailed me (finally) about this today and has issued a $26 credit to our account. I am able to see this credit in my account so this complaint can be closed. I had to tell them I was filing a BBB complaint before anyone at their office took any action which was very frustrating. Thank you for providing consumers this resource.
