On 6/6/22 dropped my car off for body work to Joe Neubert collision, picked up car on 6/15/2022 and all the repairs was not completed. Also, damage was done during one of the repairs. They buffed out some white speckles to the hood, repaired a ding near my gas tank, and was to fix my front bumper. They chipped paint from my hood.When I addressed the situation, they tried to blamed me. Then proceeded to fix the issue by spot treated the chips w/paint the same color of my car. I let them know that I know how brought my car to them.And those chips was not there. That was wrong to pull that tactic. knew what's was done! My front bumper repairs was not completed. One of the workers, asked if one the other employees that was I dealing with () informed me that my bumpers parts was on back order and will not be available for 3mo. And at that time, the bumper will be fixed. They had my car for 1wk 1/2 and could have let me know. No apology for the inconvenience or damages ,no will to rectify the issue. rude and unprofessional and took no ownership for anything. Was dismissive and didn't care. They was paid by my warranty for the repairs. If they didn't have the part or unable to get it soon, then they shouldn't agreed to do the work. They could have notified me, before start working on the car or contacted my warranty to let them know what was going on. Not leave my car a mess, my bumper is loose and not fitting properly and looks same, as when I brought it to them. I'm not waiting 3mo to get this fix it's to be now. Or give the money back! I'm not happy at all about this. No one should use them! I will never use this business and tell anyone about them. They do not treat people right!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/07/29) */ AS MUCH AS WE HERE AT JOE NEUBERT COLLISION CENTER TRY TO SATISFY ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THIS PARTICULAR COMPLAINT IS UNWARRANTED DUE TO THE FACTS ON THIS REPAIR ORDER. THE VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT TO US TO TRY TO STRAIGHTEN OUT A FEW ISSUES APPARENT ON THE CAR WHICH THE CUSTOMER HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED THROUGH CARVANA. IN THIS PROCESS THE REPAIR ORDER INCLUDED TO BUFF AND POLISH THE HOOD. WE DID THAT. THE OWNER ACCUSED US OF PUTTING ROCK CHIPS IN THE HOOD WHILE WE WERE HERE REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT POSSIBLE AS THE CAR NEVER LEFT THE PREMISES WHILE IN FOR REPAIRS. THE ROCK CHIPS WERE ON THE HOOD WHEN SHE MADE THE PURCHASE. WE DID NOT PULL ANY TACTICS HERE. THE USED CAR SHE PURCHASED HAD THESE CHIPS IN THE HOOD WHETHER SHE KNEW THEY WERE THERE OR NOT. YOU CAN'T GET ROCK CHIPS ON THESE PAINT JOBS WITH THE CAR SITTING STILL. AS FAR AS PARTS AVAILABILITY, WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THAT, NOR DID WE KNOW SHE NEEDED ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS UNTIL THE REPAIR PROCESS HAD BEGUN. I'M ALSO VERY SORRY MRS. FEELS THAT NO ONE, INCLUDING, CARES, OR THAT WE DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1979, AND HAVE ALWAYS STRESSED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE WRONG. WE OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTY ON OUR REPAIRS. WE WOULD NOT DO THAT IF WE WERE'NT GOING TO REPAIR THESE VEHICLES PROPERLY. SO, FOR WHATEVER CONFUSTION THERE HAS BEEN, OR MRS. DISAGREEING WITH OUR PROCESS OF REPAIRS ON HER VEHICLE, WE ARE TRULY SORRY. WE ARE HERE TO REPAIR AND REFINISH VEHICLES, NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THEM, AND CERTAINLY NOT LEAVE THEM THAT WAY.
