      Contracted this company to ship my vehicle from SATX to FLW, MO. Contract was signed for $550. Prior to agreement I asked if there would be additional charges or if price would change. I was guaranteed that the price was locked in. Day of pick up I was informed it would be an additional $400 at delivery. A total of $950 instead of the $450 minus the $100 deposit. Went back and forth with Henry (if that is even his real name) and requested a refund of my deposit as THEY breached the contract. they wanted me to pay $200 cancellation fee per contract, BUT would not honor $550 contract amount. Did not feel comfortable having someone they hired to pick up my vehicle and then run the risk of not getting my car released due to not paying what the wanted at delivery. When I canceled Henry was trying to assure me that he had found a driver to transport at agreed price. I declined. I have screenshots were he states his accountant was going to refund me. I went through my bank instead; however, Khumoyun SattorovI email my bank with half the story and my bank reversed the credit. Now I’m fighting to get my money back. I left a review and they bribed me they’d pay me an additional $50 to take review down. Now they act like they can’t hear me when I call their office.

      They are a total scam and a rip off. I called to reserve a pick up a month in advance. I paid a $100 deposit. Leading up to the pick up on 24 July 2023. I haven't heard anything back about times for pickup. I called, texted and e-mailed. No response at all.

      I ask for a transportation quote, and carrier was unable to provide a driver. I opted to find another carrier and I was informed that Albatross had me locked in with them with a price that I was not aware of (400 more) I asked William who was handling my case and he refuses to unlock my quote with them not allowing me to conduct business with anyone else.

      I hired Albatross Auto Shipping LLC on 06/30/2023 to move a car from WA to MA, for a total of $970. Car was to be picked up on 07/03/23 or 07/05/23. Paid $200 upfront on 06/30/23, with the rest due on delivery. Since it was not picked yet on, 07/03/05, I followed up on that day, at which point the company representative tried to renegotiate the total amount for the service, requesting $1,600, which is way above market value. Now the company refuses to perform the service for the contracted price and refuses to return my money I paid upfront. All evidence attached.

      The company continued to spam me with quotes after I asked them to stop. When I warned that I would report them, they threatened me by saying they had my addresses and that I wouldn't see my car if I did. They didn't have custody of my car. A business shouldn't be spamming people and should definitely not be threatening potential customers.

      On 5-30-23, I contacted Albatross Auto Shipping to ship my car from Pigeon Forge TN to Nashville TN. I was told by Brian Davis that they would pick up my car on the 31st and deliver it to Nashville on the 1st. They told me that the price was ***** My car was never delivered, so I reached out to them. I was told by Brian Davis that they would not be able to transport the car until 6-5-23. I called them back for an update on 6-5 and was told my car was ready to transport, but that the price was now ***** Brian gave no reason for the increase. I refused to pay the increase and told him that was cancelling the service. He told that I would charged a cancellation fee. I told him that I wanted to file a compliant against him. He hung up the phone and then the customer service line would no longer accept my calls. I went to the company's website and the email address listed in not active. I tried to chat function and got texts responses asking what is going on. When I would respond to these texts with my issues. These texts of mine where never answered. This seems like they are running a scam, either you pay the increased rates or they charge you **** for doing nothing. There is also the issue with their contact info not actually working.

      On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, I contacted albatross auto shipping LLC to inquire a quote for pick up of my 2006 Hayabusa motorcycle. I was given a quote of $500 and which it required a $100 deposit to be placed on my credit card by email contract. I signed that contract and was given a pick up date of 6/1/2023, after trying to contact Mr. P******* about a time for pick up. I had a lot of difficulty trying to reach him on Thursday, May 2 of 2023. I finally reached him and he said he did not have a driver to except the contract that I had signed and committed to, he gave me another quote which was almost 3 time the original amount and said that that was the only thing he could do he refused to give me my refund and he lied stating on the contract that the date the estimated date will be for that pick up.

      June 1, 2023 Deposit Paid: $250 Total Contract: $850 Amount added after deposit posted: $200 Service Promised - car transport from Seattle to Dallas Delivery fee changed after agreed upon contract and deposit paid. Representative Felix ****** refused to return fee or return deposit. Contract: 30469244-AS Contact: Felix ****** 865-238-5255 / 865-407-0922 [email protected] After agreeing to a contract rate of $850 and placing the deposit, representative Felix ******, attempted to extort an additional $200 on delivery. He refused to not return the deposit due to rate change. This is despicable, fraudulent and dishonest business practices.
