The epitome of bad customer service all the way from the beginning to end of my experience. I've been here before and have had many diamond facials from different clinics and this one by far is the worst. DO.NOT.GO.HERE Showed up to my appt 23 minutes early. Usually I check in, change into a robe and hang out in the lounge room but this was different. The lady that checked me in told me sit in the lobby and wait for my esthetician to bring me to the back so there I sat. Well a lady that does Botox came to get me and brought me back only for her to realize that I was not right person and that I came for a facial. She quickly brought me back up front and told me to go in the lounge room and wait, so I went about the usual routine that I knew which was to change into a robe and sit in the lounge room. Well everything was rushed from lack of her preparation(she couldn't find the machine???) to being abrupt with the treatment. Pretty much just slapped it all on there without any time for products to really soak into the skin. She was not wearing gloves either during the treatment on top of getting over a "cold" with sniffles and cough all while touching my lips & face. Didn't realize that she wasn't wearing gloves til she started the extraction of my Milia then I noticed she started to put on gloves. Greattt I thought, a service that is supposed to be 45 minutes turned into 29 minutes of just slapping crap on my face to still paying full price. I informed the lady at the front that I was not happy with the service only for her to tell me that the best they could do was a $30 coupon for a $200 crappy service. The best part was she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to tip seriously??? A tip for the unprofessionalism or the fact that this company does not run on principals but just greed. I honestly don't understand why they have to speak in such a low tone as well- it's just not natural and it's a façade-just speak to me in a normal tone please.Initial Complaint

I have gone five treatments on tattoo removal of an initial on one finger and just a gentleman's name on my arm very teeny small. I was told upfront that it would probably take eight treatments and it would be gone if it was any color Irving besides flag it might take 10 treatments. I went five treatments and it has not even changed collars. I have brought it to their attention. Every time I was told by the third treatment you would barely be able to see it. It is still as bright, and as black as it ever was from the beginning one treatment I ended up having to go to the ER because it gave an infection that was so bad and I had to get medicine and anabiotic's and a shot. The next treatment. The machine broke. The lady had to go out of the room, get assistance to fix the machine then it broke again then she had to go back and get the girl again again they charge me full price on another treatment The lady gave me a half of a treatment when it comes to the powerful mess of the machine because of my ER visit from their treatment. This was brought up and brought to their attention. Every time that I should not be charged and if there was issues, I have spoke to the manager several different occasions I was told when I come back in, I wouldn't be charge for a visit or two they would make it right. Then they canceled their December visit. The machine was broke. They canceled the January visit. The machine was broke and not repairable And so the new machine is so much money. They cannot afford to buy one so they are referring you out to another company which is 18 month waiting list and even higher prices and they just said too bad you spent $1000. At least you got some kind of treatment from us deal with it. OK I'm not a bit happy and I want my thousand dollars . I feel 100% scammed. You don't start a treatment plan with someone your machine keeps breaking, you take their money and then you say too bad we can't afford a machine we're keeping your money move on.
