      I placed a order on 12/13/2023 for two items totaling *******. Received the following email on 12/13/23 **** *** We have received your payment. We will ship your order within 3 business days. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 8-15 days after shipment. We will notify you as soon as we have the tracking number available. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. Thank you very much. Then on 12/152023 received this email **** *** Thank you very much for your purchase from the ******* ************************* Your order has been shipped, and the tracking number is ************** You can track it at this ***** ****************************** Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated as it doesn't update immediately. You can expect to receive your package within 8-15 days after it has been shipped. By the way, please do not reply to this email as it is only meant to provide you with the tracking number. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us through the provided quick link. ********************************  I sent sever emails and tried to call the number on the web site with no success or response.

      This business is a scam, I order a 12ft skeleton from their website. I put in the correct address I can provide pictures and they sent it to Puerto Rico, giving it to some else. They are scam they phone number isn’t in working anymore and the don’t email. Thank you

      On 11/20/23 I purchased a pair of OSTER OCTANE HEAVY DUTY CLIPPERS , for a total of ********, these were never received, I was also billed through another site: **********************, which made me call my bank and report a fraud, as that was not the site I used. Also on the secondary site there is now an alert that the site has been fraudulently used. I have never received this merchandise, all number affiliated with these sites are not in service. I want my money back. When the link was sent to track item it was shown to be delivered in Detroit , Michigan, (17track), it also showed it was shipped from China, that also caused immediate concern. I will also report to Shopify and local FBI / cybercrime. I would like my fund’s reimbursed. This Company is scamming people.

      On 11/23/2023 I made a purchase through the website beauthey and it’s a scam! The number that is given on the website does not work. I was given a tracking number from somewhere in China and the package was delivered to somewhere in California and I live in Houston TX! I spent ****** with beauthey and was charged through a whole different company bookishbunnypillow!! For the amount of ******** This is bullshit and I want everyone to know not to spend your money with this company!!

      On September 28th I ordered an item from the beauthey.com website. Payment was taken from my credit card for the purchase. I received an email on October 3rd stating that my item had been shipped and it should be delivered within 8 to 15 days. I have sent 2 emails, one asking when my package would arrive, no response. I sent another asking for a full refund as I have not received the package, no response. In searching, I found the tracking number states that a package has been delivered to a PO box in Bethel, AK. I'm seeking a full refund and the company seems to be unreachable at this point. Please help me. I am including screenshots of the contact information from the website I ordered from. Proof of the amount charged to my credit card on the date of purchase. The email I received stating my item was shipped. The tracking information from the number given in the email.
