In early April I bought a dress for around $90 ($100 total including shipping). I initiated an online return and shortly returned my package via FedEx. Altar’d State’s tracking says my return was received on April 26 and that they are working hard to get me my return as soon as possible. On Friday, May 3rd, I still had not received any information regarding my refund. I reached out to their customer support team via text and received absolutely no response. On Sunday, May 5th, I reached out to their customer support team and received an initial email saying they would check on the return if I provide my order #. I responded back to this email with my order number within 20 minutes providing my order number. I did not receive a response. The next day I sent a follow up email in that chain and asked if they needed more information…. Nothing. Today marks 7 business days that the company has had my package and so I emailed their customer service once more about an hour ago. I still have not received my refund nor a response to any of my customer service requests. My order number is 503476130.Business response

We did have a delay in responding to the guest, but on 5/7/24 at 3:01p, our agent replied and let her know that the refund was processed for her on 5/6 and it would take 5-7 business days to reflect in her account.Customer response

Ordered an item to an old address that is saved on my computer and which I do not live anymore. Within 30-40 minutes of ordering I realized this and immediately reached out to customer service. It was past customer service and working hours so I did not expect much to get done. I sent the new address and said that since the order had not been processed or sent yet and the label had not been created if I could adjust the address. I received a response saying that the stranger living at the old address would have to return it for me. NO. Unacceptable. If the items have not been packaged and the label had not even been created yet to track then a new address should be able to be submitted. There is no recourse whatsoever for the company in dealing with this. The items have not even been pulled or packaged within 30 minutes of an order. So I state again...if a label has not even been created yet then a new address should be able to be submitted. So I just lost $179 worth of product and there is nothing the company can do about it?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/26) */ The guest reached out after business hours. We sent her a reply asking if she knew anyone at the address and offered to send a replacement for free to her via an automated response from our AI. She replied back upset that the original package couldn't be stopped but didn't address that we could send her a replacement on us. At this time we have a replacement of the order going to her updated address. All of these interactions were less than 15 hours in total time.
