      We purchased a range and dishwasher. At 5:29 pm last night I received an automated call stating that my delivery window was between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm. At 5:33, I texted my boss to confirm that it would not be an issue for me to leave at 3:00 to be home for my delivery. July 7, 2023 11:01 am I received a call I was unable to answer 11:10 a.m I received a second call from the same number again, I could not answer 11:25 am I returned the call. I was informed that he had been at my house for the delivery and since I was not there, I would need to call and reschedule. When I told him when my window was supposed to be, he informed me that apparently my appliances were left at the warehouse and he was doing me a favor bringing them. You can imagine my frustration at that comment, and I reacted as such. He subsequently hung up on me and blocked my number. 11:41 am I contacted Lowes and was transferred to someone who provided me with the warehouse number. 11:45 am I called them and was informed that the wait time was up to an hour 11:50 am I called Lowe’s where I purchased the appliances and spoke with someone explaining the situation, was informed that their assistant manager was on their way down and they would call me back 3:00 pm I left my office, and had yet to receive a call back, so I drove to Lowe’s and spoke to ******** He stated that it was showing my window was between 9:30 and 1:30. He called the warehouse and was told that the appliances should be back shortly and they would call me to get it scheduled 5:00 my husband and I drove to Lowe’s (again) and spoke to *** ** He made a ticket and called again, where he was informed that the earliest they would be delivered was Tuesday. I had to walk out and leave my husband to deal with it, as I had been dealing with THEIR MISTAKE for 6 hours and I was over it. My husband requested a 50% discount if they delivered on Tuesday. *** ** submitted another ticket and we were told we would receive a call back
