Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about being tricked and fooled by the agency of NW Advisors Group, Inc. working for Liberty Consultations Group, Inc. on February 23rd, 2023, at the Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, California. On that occasion my wife, HuiJi, and I were given a presentation about unloading timeshares by *** ****** *******, representative of NW Advisors Group, Inc. *** ******* introduced us to the Liberty Consultations Group’s President, *** **** ***** as an honorable US military veteran, to be trusted as a person of sincere integrity with the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles for convincing us to invest in their timeshare elimination program. We paid ******* through American Express. I was tricked and fooled by an offer provided by *** ******* in terms of (1.) profit sharing when selling timeshares, and (2.) expected time to complete of selling. The profit sharing was not true, and now, the time of three to four months has expired. It’s approaching end of September. It has been seven months. We continue to pay fees to Diamond Resorts monthly. I am declaring this to be a fraudulent case against a supposed company that took my money and did not deliver what was expected. I was advised by American Express to contact the vendor directly. This I did. When contacting the company’s president, *** **** ***** he responded without due respect, finding fault with me, my wife, and not addressing the issues that I presented to him. Attached are photos: 1. NW Advisors invitation card, 2. NW Advisors poster, 3. *** ******* making her speech, 4. *** ******* and HuiJi getting to know each other. Thank you for your time. Yours sincerely, ***** ********* ***** ************ **** ******* *** *********** ** ************ ************** ********* ******** *** ********** ******** ******** ******** *********** ******* ******* ** **** ******** ************ ******** **** ***** ********** ** ******* *********** ******** ***

      LIBERTY Consultations Inc.

*** ******** signed a contract with LIBERTY Consultations Inc. In this contract it states that
the client must cooperate fully and/or any guarantees will be null and void. It also gives LIBERTY
Consultations Inc. the complete right to cancel his contract with no refund.
*** ******** was cooperating for awhile and my staff collected information and documents
needed to transfer his property. *** ******** decided to stop cooperating almost a year after we started.
My staff worked on his file and worked with *** ******** starting on 02/28/23 and continued to
work with *** ******** up to recently 08/08/2023. *** ******** after months of working on his file and
with him all of a sudden decided that a sales person lied to him and he wanted his money back.
This was not true. *** ******** was explained the process from the beginning and knew exactly what
      the process was.
I believe *** ******** had buyers remorse after it was made clear that his wife was not happy
with LIBERTY Consultations Inc. Transferring them out of the Timeshare ownerships, without making
a profit off of the Timeshares. This is the indication that I received after speaking to *** ******** and
his wife. They were both explained to, very clearly that the timeshares will not be sold for a profit from
the beginning. We explain the complete process in the beginning and at the beginning *** ******** had
no issues as you can see from the amount of time he was actually working with us.
*** ******** is not being honest and is attempting to receive a refund on services that were
being provided by LIBERTY Consultations Inc. Including Consultants being paid for the work that has
already been completed, Listing fees for the Timeshares to be listed across the Internet and on our own
websites. He has already attempted a charge back through his American Express and lost the the case
because of the proof that was provided by LIBERTY Consultations Inc. of his false accusations.
From my experience, the steps he is taking to cancel contracts with LIBERTY and receive
refunds are either another company has got involved and is feeding him information and or his wife is
upset at the loss of income because of the Timeshare and expected incorrectly that they would be
making money off of the Timeshare and he is attempting to appease her.
Again, ** ******** was explained to very clearly how the process works multiple times without
an issue in the beginning andnow that it is almost a year of working with him, all of a sudden he is
attempting a cancellation of contract, full refund and an attempt to intimidate LIBERTY Consultations
      by filing with the BBB.
Attached also are Documentation Including A Power of Attorney signed by client. Witness
statements will be attached along with the contract that the client signed.
