All occasion catering assured me that the leftovers were ours after a wedding. Since we had people staying at our cabin I added more to our guest count. Wedding was on October 18th 2022. I left early but asked my daughter about the leftovers when she got back to the cabin. She said she gave each caterer a $50 tip but didn't know what happened to the food. She said they might have taken it to the house where the wedding party was staying. I was fine with this but found out later this didn't happen! We originally plan on a 75 guests. We upped that to 90 since we get the leftovers. We ended up with 60 guests. At over $40 a plate we paid $1200 for food we never received. I wouldn't have added the extra 15! I would have said 75 and just chalked it up to experience when they took all the food. Here is a copy of my recent text to the caterer: I came to your website intending to leave a poor review but decided to give you one more chance to explain yourself. I paid for 90 people at Keri Whalen and Bryce Kramer wedding on October 18th. We added an extra 10 to the RSVP list because you told me we get all the leftovers. All of your servers were tipped $50 but apparently also got food because we got absolutely nothing!! When I called you that same week you said you'd call me back. You didn't so I called you again and you said you hadn't talked to whoever was in charge that night and you would call. We came back to Indiana and I waited two weeks before calling you again. The lady I talked to sounded like you but said she wasn't and assured me she would have you call and nothing. While we were still in TN I would have been happy with some leftovers for the 18 people staying with us. After we came home I would have been happy with a price adjustment. At over $40 a plate I certainly wouldn't have added more people if I knew I couldn't take you at your word. Please let me know where you dropped the ball here. A credible business would have gotten me an answer by now.Business response

Client was happy with the response and resolution. Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/11/30) */ I received a call today 11/30/2022 from Kelsey at All Occasion Catering. She issued a sincere apology for the lack of communication and agreed to adjust the price.
