Do not work with this company; take your business elsewhere. Customer service is not in their handbook and they cannot produce and assemble a product that will last over three months..... seriously. I repeat, take your business elsewhere. Had they taken any accountability, or simply apologized, this review would never been written.Review from Mitchell B

Do not waste your time. My chiller worked great for about a week; then, it started acting up. They tried to tell me this was "normal operation," but they still couldn't explain why it wouldn't hold temperature. The more I dug into this company, the more I found similar stories where customers were told the same lie, and most of them were on their third or fourth chiller. I got a refund, but they shorted me **** for a restocking fee, which was pretty sad considering I had a defective product.

Mitch, After reviewing the 74 correspondences between yourself and our team, and discussing with our Tru Grit rep, we are surprised to see that you were charged the ***** Typically when a customer is in your situation, where they send their item back two times and return said item, they are actually charged shipping for both instances and Tru Grit charges a re-stocking fee as well, as all documentation, testing, and conversations clearly show that nothing was wrong with your unit. Our chillers are programmed to run in the exact way it was explained to you, and the fan will kick on and off depending on ambient temperature. Our support team, techs, and management all worked tediously to let you know this was normal operations, however in the end you still wanted a refund. Documentation upon purchase clearly stated there would be a restocking fee, and in this situation, it was extremely generous that both Tru Grit and our shipping department voided those fees. We wish you the best!
