Date of transactions: 12/3/22 5 x $28.25 Online remote proctored HiSet Testing for all 5 subjects. (GED) 3 were scheduled 12/4/22 1 was scheduled 12/5/22 1 was scheduled 12/6/22 Reviewed refund policy before purchase. Clearly states if not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours then no refund. Unless there are issues outside the control of participant then a refund is allowed. Daughter Desiree did compatibility test from their website and passed. She attempted to complete the first test and was unable to get connected. She called tech support and they couldn't resolve. Contacted customer service and they advised call back Monday. At this point attempted test two with same results. Received 2x ticket #s. She spent 7 hours on computer trying to take the tests with no services rendered. I cancelled the final two tests scheduled more than 24 hours away. Called Monday and was transferred over and over and finally reached Aron who put me with Jay. They apologized and adv I would get full refund for all 5 charges. Refunds did not happen. So I disputed charges with my bank. My online banking only allowed me to dispute 3 out of the 5 charges. My bank refunded me for 2 and received 2 refunds from PSI. I continued to email Jay and show screen shots that I have not received my final refund. He adv forwarded to get it completed. The refund has still not been received a month later.
