            I placed an order for a Alatra Backpack - Clear Bag on June 28th. ***** *******. The item was shipped via USPS with tracking number stating it was delivered today - Your item has been delivered to an agent at the front desk, reception, or mail room at 2:31 pm on July 5, 202* ** ************ ** *****. I live in a duplex. The is no front desk. Google the address!!! I called and email their customer service and spoke with nicole via phone and email. I was told that I need to reach out to the shipper to track down the package. I have never heard of such foolishness in my life. Nicole told me that once it’s leaves their warehouse it becomes my possession even if I haven’t received it. What is the proof of delivery? Where is the accountability and customer service focus? Who are the people they hire for customer service. Not one once did they attempt to make things right. I paid ******* **r a handbag that I never received and now I’m being asked/expected to become a detective? I’m warning everyone… DO NOT SHOP with Patricia Nash!!!

            First of all, I have a very large collection of Patricia Nash handbags and other small leather goods. I have never had anything go wrong with any item that I have purchased. I've found the quality to be so far beyond anything else on the market in this price point and the designs to be absolutely beautiful. I have been in contact with Patricia Nash Designs customer service on a number of occasions with regard to issues other than damage and have had exemplary help from them, Lani in particular. I have always been beyond satisfied with my purchases and with their customer service. With the amount of Patricia Nash leather goods that I own, I find it hard to believe any bad reviews left here. Please do not give credence to the poor reviews. Patricia Nash has been in business for almost 25 years and I own many bags made throughout that time frame. I highly recommend this company...the brand is exceptional!
