I placed an order for a Alatra Backpack - Clear Bag on June 28th. ***** *******. The item was shipped via USPS with tracking number stating it was delivered today - Your item has been delivered to an agent at the front desk, reception, or mail room at 2:31 pm on July 5, 202* ** ************ ** *****. I live in a duplex. The is no front desk. Google the address!!! I called and email their customer service and spoke with nicole via phone and email. I was told that I need to reach out to the shipper to track down the package. I have never heard of such foolishness in my life. Nicole told me that once it’s leaves their warehouse it becomes my possession even if I haven’t received it. What is the proof of delivery? Where is the accountability and customer service focus? Who are the people they hire for customer service. Not one once did they attempt to make things right. I paid ******* **r a handbag that I never received and now I’m being asked/expected to become a detective? I’m warning everyone… DO NOT SHOP with Patricia Nash!!!Business response

We are very disappointed to hear about this and apologize for the inconvenience. We are trying our best to resolve but unfortunately working with another organization like the USPS limits us. USPS does not allow us to file claims for the customer once the package has shown delivered. We attempted to process a refund but the customer had already opened a chargeback, when that happens Shopify does not allow us to issue a refund. If the customer will close the chargeback we can process the refund in full, I believe our customer service team has explained all of this and again we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We do try our best but sometimes problems do happen.Business response

On April 10, 2024 I purchased a backpack, N32927-CHOCO, from Patricianashdesigns.com. I received the backpack on April 13, 2024. The backpack did not come with a warranty card as all of her purses do. I attempted to register my backpack with their website but I can't because I don't have a photo of the warranty card. On April 15, 2024 I contacted [email protected] for assistance. I was told they do not "replace" cards. But it is not a replacement since I never received a card. And to return to backpack they are going to charge me additional money in addition to the **** that I already paid.Customer response

The company, *******************, entered the warranty information for me because I could not complete the warranty without a photo of the warranty card that was not included in my purchase. They extended the warranty for an additional year. Although, I still do not have the warranty card and care instructions that was supposed to come with the backpack.Business response

Hello, I'm sorry there must be some confusion. When contacted about the bag not having a warranty card, our customer service team told her they would honor the warranty and registered the bag for her. The customer evidently requested to return the bag so that's why she was sent return information. There is no need on our end to return the bag. The bag is registered and carries the warranty. Please let us know what you would like to do. We want the customer to be happy with the product.
