Sales person came out told me all they would do. I showed him a tree that was on property line. He said no problem they will build fence around the tree. Fence was put in and installed right up against tree with two boards not even nailed correctly. I contacted them and they said there was nothing in the contract I signed about a tree and sales person was no longer with the company. So nothing could be done about it now. They did agree to send someone out to complete the nailing of boards since nails in boards was actually in the contract. Person came out during week day and nailed one board correctly but left the other board not nailed correctly. I’ve contacted the company several times but board still not nailed correctly. The boards were right next to each other. I showed them texted messages from the sales person saying the could build fence around tree.Review from Garrett G

Zero communication from the company. They were 2 1/2 weeks late delivering the fence with no explanation. They called to set the date to come out and never showed. We called them at 11am that day and they said they wouldn't make it that day but would come back the next day. We then told them we wouldn't be home that day and they said that wouldn't be a problem and would call us if any issues arose.
They placed our fence 6-8' further into the yard than promised and had it running right through our yard. We called and complained and they told us they would come back in two weeks when they had "caught up with other clients". After several calls complaining they came back and fixed it the next week. I asked what they were planning on doing with all the holes and dirt where it was incorrectly located and they said they would fill the holes (which they partially did) but for the loose dirt I could simply "plant some grass seed".
They sent us the final invoice and it was the exact quoted amount. I called and asked if there was any discount since they wrecked my yard misplacing the fence and they very rudely stated that per the contract they were not responsible for any dirt or rock damage. I am going to have to put around $200-$300 into my yard to fix their errors. I noticed they gave other customers discounts for errors they made, but apparently I am not one of them. I have had several friends use Tim's fencing and they had very enjoyable experiences and I would strongly recommend them. Bryant's will give you the cheapest quote, but you truly get what you pay for here. Save yourself (and your yard) some time and headache and look elsewhere for your fence.
