We signed a contract on August 2, 2021 with ABI Renovations owner ***** ***** he requested a $3375 deposit and work was to start on August 16, 2021 August 16, 2021 came and went without any word from Mr. ***** or anybody else from the company a few days later after trying to call and text him he finally responded and said he apologize that he had my name on the list to clock call but neglected to call that the shower surround for our job was delayed and would come in August 24 through the 31st August 24 through the 31st came nothing I contacted him on September 4 after repeated calls and text to him and his business partner he finally called me back and cussed me up one side and down the other told me his father had died he had been in Florida that he would this was on a Thursday and that he would find out about it and get back with me on Friday he never got back with me so I continue to reach out to him and his partner telling him that he needed to call me and give me an update or he needed to return my money he called and cussed me threatened me and then finally told me that they said it was gonna be late December January 1 to February when the surround came in for a shower he had to order it through Lowe's he never ordered anything Lowes has searched every database they have with every name phone number company name and he has not ordered anything from Lowe's when I ask him to contact me he refuses to answer our text or phone calls I drove to the business address at XXXXX ******** **** Suite *** there's no business there ABI Renovations I've left him several messages several text my husband and I both have found and text and he refuses to call us back I reached out to a **** **** that was the original person that contacted me about the job and he told me that he no longer was with ***** ***** that ***** had just ripped him off and that he had no idea what was going on with him he refuses to do the job give us calls give us tax give us updates or return our m
