This complaint is against Insta Dri. On Mon. 8-2-2021 my husband and I entered into an agreement with Insta Dri. Wed. 9-1-2021 the work was started. Insta Dri needs to uphold their claim of integrity & good name by completing the agreed upon work at our property. First, Insta Dri needs to re-grade the East side of the house correctly and legally (calling 811 before digging) which they have agreed to per details below: 1) The dirt along the entire East side of house exactly 2-3 inches from the siding. 2) The end result of the grading to form a bowl shape that causes the drainage of the water to collect away from the house & flow unimpeded by dirt to creek. 3) For our masonry blocks on the East side of the house to be visible for termite inspection. Insta Dri needs to hire a professional Siding company as agreed upon & reattach the siding on the Southeast corner the house per details below: 1) Communication of what professional Siding company they are using. 2) The bottom piece has a nail hole in it, it needs to be replaced. 3) The siding needs to be reattached on both sides of the Southeast corner. In a previous text message on Fri. April 8, 2022, the owner of Insta Dri, ***** ******* claimed "These are all cosmetic and are not effecting the integrity of the house." Now the weather is getting hot & termites love heat, not able to see the masonry block is a problem. And we have not been able to have the area treated for termites as the grading has not been completed correctly as agreed upon. Insta Dri needs to make completion this work a top priority & communicate with me when they are going to complete it. Should the weather not cooperate for Insta Dri to reschedule & follow through to complete the agreed upon work. I want it taken care of promptly, correctly, and legally.
