I bought flooring from LL Flooring in March. I followed installation instructions. I let the flooring acclimate. I laid new subfloors. I keep my house at 70 degrees. I went under my appliances and small cabinets and up to the heavy cabinets. This is my fourth time installing this type of flooring. The floors started separating around 2 weeks after installation. I had a contractor come out to look at the floors. He took the extra pieces I had and put them together and easily pulled them apart. He asked how much I paid for them. They were not cheap. He said to contact LL Flooring because they should not be able to be pulled apart that easily. I contacted them. They told me they could not tell from the pictures the flooring was defective so they will not take any responsibility even though I was told by a licensed contractor the flooring is defective. I can’t even mop my floors because there’s such wide gaps in the flooring and I’m worried my sub floor will get wet. Ridiculous response from LL Flooring.

5/24/2022 Purchase of New DV BAY BRIDGE OAK 7mm w/Pad & Lifetime Warranty (10052721/EP7BBGO/1100/10/05-24-2022), WATERPROOFING (10053247/AEP7BBGOTM/1100/30/05-24-2022), UNDERLAYMENT (10040871/DREAMHMECOSILENT/1100/40/05-2), WATERPROOF EC (10053248/AEP7BBGOEC/1100/50/05-24-2022), DELIVERY (FLATDELIN75/FLATDELIN75/1100/60/5-24-20) for the amount of *********.Sales Order # 136826529 PO# 703620979. Business reported order short and that they would deliver packaged goods and returned goods from another customer to cover shortage ( these items were said to have been inspected and in good/usable condition). The customer returned products were unusable and very damaged. Indeed even the "new" packaged materials were damaged. We ended up short and a new order had to be placed since the store didn't have the stock. Pictures were sent and damaged product samples were provided. When the new product arrived at the store, they refused to deliver and demanded that all the damaged product be returned to them. It was impossible to carry the load in our car but we delivered much of the damaged product as we could, picked up our remaining product in different new packaging. At this point we realized that they had sold us damaged/used products packaged as NEW. When this was reported, we were told that there was nothing they could do. We were 75% done with the installation so we continued to install. There was a marked difference in the quality which was misprints and damage compared to the truly new product. All this was reported and nothing was done to resolve the issue. We contacted customer service and the issue was repeatedly dropped. Every call we made they issued new hoops for us to jump through and offered less and less compensation and never the full amount. 2/23/23 we were told that they would give us a **** store credit. We had an email stating that we would receive a refund for ***** which they asked us to send again. We want a full refund and for others to beware.
