I called them out in May 2023, originally, to have my evaporator drain unclogged for my upstairs AC unit. I was told that it was fixed. It backed up again and shut down the AC so I called them back out. I was told it was fixed again. This time I woke up the next morning with water dripping through my ceiling. I went upstairs to investigate and found that their technician didn’t fix anything and in fact took the cap to evaporator drain service port so when the evaporator drain backed up again it poured out into the ceiling causing extensive damages to my bedroom ceiling. We called them AGAIN and it was finally fixed right this time. I have contacted this company repeatedly over the last several months to attempt to get this rectified only for them to say “we’ll have someone call you”. They’ve attempted to question us how it could it happen which leads me to believe they don’t even know how an air conditioning system works. I want my ceiling fixed

This customer has one valid complaint and we started correcting it as soon as I was involved. Regardless of what this customer says or types or thinks, being threatened by a lawsuit had no part of this. I did not have any knowledge of the ceiling damage from a drain overflowing and that IS our fault. My technicians are supposed to follow up if something like this happens. I have already contacted a licensed contractor to repair the ceiling.

I called this business to report a furnace issue. On 10/24/22, technician showed up, quickly found a damaged inducer motor assembly, told me he'd replaced several that very day, and because it was a crappy part, he'd ask to get the $85 service fee waived. He didn't have the part, but said he could get one in a day or two, and it was around $220. No contact until he came back 11/1/22 with the wrong part. He said it could be installed in 15 or 20 minutes. He brought one the next day while my wife was in hospital and left an invoice for $385 plus $85, or $470. I called the business to ask about his prior comments. They promised a return call, and today I get a voice mail saying "others charge more," our bill remains $470. He never addressed what his employee had told me.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/04) */ The part for his unit was $347. I am getting different information from the tech and since I wasn't there it would only be speculation on my part. The technician did in fact change two other draft inducer assemblies that day and both were IN WARRANTY and it cost them approximately $213. Yes, they are crappy parts that have nothing to do with us. The tech thought this customer was in warranty because the serial number shows it to be. However, that is only for the original home owner, not this customer. I called and left a message that it would have been more if another company came out. He called back to tell us he would pay us our "blood money" and leave us bad reviews and hung up on one of our office people. I called him back today after he called for service on his other unit and about this complaint to the BBB. I told him I would let a service tech look at his upstairs unit since we put a capacitor on it 08/26. He told me what the tech said and that if that's how I run a business I would lose customers and hung up on me. My tech should have communicated better but the price would have been much more. A point he doesn't want to discuss. Under resolution he asked for an adjustment...I had my tech that is out today to not charge a diagnostic fee for today and remove the one from earlier this week.
