Water coming through the brick of my home when it rains and when the sprinklers hit the side of my house flooding my finished basement. This is a brand new house I have lived here for 5 months. I have a 12 month builders warranty and suddenly they do not respondBusiness response

We have been actively working on this repair. Thursday it was brought to my attention that we still had a issue, so brick was ordered Friday morning to re-do the brick rollock on the side of the home. I was told yesterday that the brick can be picked up this week. As soon as we get our hands on the brick the mason would be there to make the repair. Owner was told this last Thursday.
Friday - We had no communication.
Saturday - I did not have my work phone turned on and received 91 attacking text messages. None of which had anything to do about what we talked about on Thursday they were all nasty attacking messages.
Sunday - When I turned on my work phone and saw all these messages, I sent a text back confirming what we had discussed on Thursday and did not comment on all the negative nasty things she sent me.
There's nothing I want more then to resolve her issue. Sometimes the issue is not all black and white with a clear answer, but we are on the right track and I think she'll be all set by the end of this week minus a little landscaping repair that might be needed after the brick work.

Moved into a new construction home March 18th, 2023. Paid 445,000 cash. April 16th, 2023, microwave shuts down. Called B&B builders and was told that they are not responsible for appliance repair. Okay, GE was notified, a repairman arrived promptly. It was determined that the motor burned out because the microwave was installed incorrectly by being placed into a snug fitting cabinet without room for ventilation, also a fire hazard! They decided to use the ductless installation method. Why? probably cheaper. Anyway, the repairman spoke directly to ***** at B&B builders relaying this information which he initially denied until the repairman pulled out the installation manual and read exactly how it should be installed. The repairman stated he would order a new motor which he did, and it arrived the next day. He did state he could replace the motor and leave it as is, but the same thing would happen again. B&B Builders Inc may not be responsible for the repair however they are responsible for the installation. The level of carelessness and lack of due diligence is concerning and flat out negligent. It has been two weeks; I cannot cook because there is no ventilation. The smoke and condensation go up into the cabinet. I have a box with a motor and a nonfunctioning microwave. No timeline given on repair or action taken. It needs to be fixed professionally and also be aesthetically pleasing.Business response

GE Rep is looking into this as he doesn't agree with the tech as to it being installed incorrectly. If you hold the microwave out 3" that ends up being out further than the cabinet and out too far for the hardware that connects the microwave to the cabinet. Per the rep, it was installed correctly with a cabinet of 12" deep above. If mounting under a cabinet 15" depth or more, then that requires additional steps using an additional installation kit JX15BUMPWW/BB. This is Stright from the installation manual that the GE Rep sent our salesman at Nolan (Wes Jenkins) and myself.
None the less, GE/Nolan is in the process of getting hers fixed and installed per the tech instructions if they can figure out how to mount it. This is out of the hand of B&B Builders, Inc at this point and GE/Nolan will be resolving this matter.

The complaint about the erosion is fixed. I did state it was fixed

I purchased a new construction home in March 2023 for 445,000 cash. There is an empty lot with a huge hole in the ground next door where the builder intends to build another home. The problem is that since March the erosion at the side of my house has gotten significantly worse and continues to worsen with every rain fall. This home is brand new; the erosion will affect how the home settles which can result in costly foundation damage. This was brought up to the builder, but they did not want to fill the holes because they plan on building soon. There was a makeshift pipe placed to mitigate the situation but with every rainfall it gets worse. They claim it is not a big deal, but I disagree. It is very distressing to continue to see this erosion worsen.Business response

It’s being taken care of 4/25. The buyer was told when she purchased the home that the side yard wouldn’t be complete until the home next door was finished. However, that’s fine we’ll get it done.Customer response
