      Around March of 2022 we had a storm that came through and took off the back right side of my roof I had filed a claim about 4 years ago for a different storm that took off the Left side and back they then paid only to replace that part - the deductible even though I complained the whole roof was compromized so now there refuse to pay for damages say improper installed sliding shingles ect. I have paid them for about 12 years and never been late now there deininig my claim I'm retired and very limited income to replace this my self I had to risk my life just to get on the roof to patch it up so the rest of my house is not compromized I feel like they had no intention of paying from the start they just wanted my payments as they keep sending my installment bill even after they refuse to return my calls or Talk to another certified state adjuster that I called for a second opinion when I insured this house it had old wore out roof on it so I had a new roof in stalled about 8 years ago so I feel like they owe me a new roof I'll leave it right there for now ,Thank you

We found that the previous roof claim had a payment for all covered damage, subject to your policy terms and deductible. In regards to the recent claim, we are not able to pay since the damage wasn't due to anything covered by your policy, like wind or hail. Your adjuster has checked his voicemails and doesn't show any unreturned messages from you, but he has since reached out. Because they stated that they had not received any phone calls about this which is wrong I called both serval times my self as did roofing wanting to meet with there adjuster with no response and further more you can check the weather status on that date it was 70+ degrees then went down in the 20s with terrible winds and son in just a matter of hours I feel like there just trying to play games now cause they think I don't have resources to fight it roofing is a state certified inspector as they say there guy is but after leaving massages to say up a meeting with him he did not respond as well I don't expect they will try to make this right but I do know that shingles don't just fall off the roof for no reason Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/06/13) */ I am sorry if you had a hard time getting ahold of . You still don't want to talk about the weather that day all you have to do is look up the weather between March 12 and March 14 as you say it was not caused by wind I contacted Roofing and ask for a meeting they have your phone number
