Massage envy saved my credit card information when I used it on additional services to make unauthorized services charges to my card. I signed up using my FSA card which lead me to take additional money out if my bi weekly pay money was available. The merchant admits to their merchant changing billing and used which ever card was on file. My issue is there should have not been any other card on file and I should have been contacted. Their negleince has caused me a financial burden I was unaware of. Those charges they made on my credit card unknowing caused me to gain interest and also effect my credit due to those charges leaving a balance on my credit card with out me knowing to pay that balance. No citizen should go into any merchant to make a purchase and worry to make a payment with a credit/debit card in fear they may save their information to use as they please. Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/30) */ Contact Name and Title: angie chapman manager Contact Phone: 8653302322 Contact Email: [email protected] a refund was done. the only reason that card was charged is because the wrong merchant id was used...2 different ids. one for reg cc's and one for health care savings. we corrected the wrong.
