First and foremost, The Front desk staff has terrible customer service. This place just treats you like a number and Dr. Rebecca ****** doesn’t care about your health at alI. I was scheduled to have one minor surgery with a urologist, and one major surgery with Dr. Rebecca ****** on December 7, 2022. However, she decided that I needed to have a psychological evaluation before my surgery. Due to my anxiety, etc. So, they canceled my surgery. I was completely devastated and beside myself because I’ve been dealing with reproductive health issues for well over a few years or so now and one of these surgeries was going to fix that. So, I did exactly what they asked me to do. My psychologist Dr. John ******* sent them a letter clearing me to have surgery. I called back to touch base with them and they told that they never received the letter. So,I touched base with my psychologist and he said that he sent it on December 26 2022. So, I called back again to let them know I’m having some health issues again and to touch base about the letter just to be told that she does not feel comfortable doing my surgery, fired me as a patient and they are referring me to university women’s specialist, which they can’t get me in until July. I feel like this is negligence on Dr. Rebecca ******** part.Business response

Do to HIPPA compliance, not many of the details can be shared. We can however comment on some of the general complaints here. Our front staff as well as our nursing staff are and have been as amicable as possible when dealing with a patient that is hostile and/or hangs up on the staff. Dr. Walker is refusing this service at this time due to the patient ignoring, using deception, and trying to skirt her medical orders. It is all very well documented in the patient's medical history file.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: absolutely none of these statements are true. I complied, like they asked me to. I was not rude or hostile. This is all new information to me. I have serious health issues that need to be corrected and all I want is help.
