    Original billing date 5-24-23 My father's wife passed away June of 2022. This company sent a bill in the amount of ****** I sent the the information that the amount was paid by Humana & the balance should be zero amount. Customer support agent Rafael would not discuss the concern with me so I emailed the death certificate & POA needed. Agent Rafael claimed the documents were never received. My father didn't want any dispute on his credit so I paid the amount of ******* STATECARE falsely claimed was owed with my fathers Discover card. On 7-1-2-23 my father received a refund check payable to his deceased wife. I again contacted the company to request a new check payable to my dad. Same agent said I would need to again send the death certificate & POA the employee again refused to assist even though I confirmed with another department the information was on file & I had the original emails. I filed a dispute with Discover & after investigation was issued a credit to my father's account, this was my original request made to STATECARE. The check payable to my father's deceased wife was returned to the company. As of 11-15-2023 they are again billing my father ******* that he does not owe. I called ************** Rafael refuses to discuss the case with me requesting again the death certificate & POA. They continue to bill my father the same amount even though Humana has already paid this bill & Discover completed an investigation & refunded my father a credit to his account. All required documents have been sent to this company to resolve the issue Carla confirmed the documents were received, however the customer service department can never seem to find them & they continue to bill for charges that have been proven not owed & sent a refund check. After the 3rd phone call I began tracking the hours, I am currently at 14 hours trying to reach someone at this company in customer service that can open a file & access document sent by email & certified mail.
