Worst move experience. Was quoted for services that were not performed. 2 pieces of furniture were ruined, 3 large gauges in my brand new home walls, they left 2 bags in the driveway, sodas in the garage and left my doors open when they drove off. My furniture did not have any blankets to protect it. Had the most unprofessional talk with the “supervisor” who sold me on the services. Rude, would not answer my call about claim and did not provide the services agreed to and paid for.Review from Angela K

Didnt complete the job they were hired for & paid to do. Left pieces of furniture in old place that was supposed to be moved as well! Still cant find hardware to my dresser mirrors. Took 2 of my friends with trucks to complete THEIR job, unacceptable! Notified Jose as well, more than once. Were defensive about complaints & everything was somehow my responsibility..no it isnt. Believed them to be a good & honest company, one that I could trust! They had moved me several years ago..it went well. NOT this time though. Attorney to be involved now. DO NOT USE!Review from Ron S

Fast, friendly, professional and hard-working! We had Tyler, John and Martin on our team and they were extremely professional and easy going, despite having to move heavy furniture up three flights of stairs. A professional, friendly organization from start to finish. Danielle radiates warmth. She will charm you with her hybrid Aussie/Tennessee accent. You will quickly find yourself dealing with a highly competent, knowledgeable individual in full charge of her domain. She will quickly dispatch a team member to work up a fair quote with a detailed explanation. Were they the cheapest quote? No. Were they the most expensive? No, they weren't that either. What they were was reasonable, fair and honest. Our move was not the easiest either. So much stuff, lugged down a long hallway to an elevator, down to a crammed parking lot - then a 500 mile drive. The truck only contained our stuff. We didn't share the truck or crew with any other families. Dante led our crew. I didn't get to meet all the packers, but they did an excellent job. Not one item was broken. Dante and Corey were the crew to drive and unload. They are ninjas! They maneuvred big, heavy furniture like the pros that they are. They put together a very intricate king size bed unit that would have made other grown men cry. (After disassembling it to lug & load.) They were finished in about 3 hours. They placed the furniture where we wanted it and the boxes where we could easily get to them to unpack. They were friendly, respectful and patient the entire time. Great guys! Fox Moving and Storage is an excellent company. They treat you like you matter and they truly value your business. Just a GREAT experience!Review from Donna C

You would need to call the Cocke County police department because your belongings were loaded in that county. Knoxville police doesn't take theft accusations on moves not originated in another city/county.Customer Response

Buyer beware! I had a short move but taken for a long ride. Fox is only a "middle man". The sales rep made promises he could not keep. Gave me a quote of $985.36 for my move and DID have all the information. Three storage facilities, including size and types of items to be moved. I told him he did not know what he was talking about - that this quote was too good to be true. I turned him down six times, but he kept calling and sent me the written quote confirming that price, and stated that he guaranteed that would be the price I paid when my furniture was delivered, so I finally agreed. On moving day, a subcontractor showed up. Paperwork looked in order (my major mistake) and I signed it. Subcontractors were okay, but did lay back at least three times to extend the hours to be charged. The crew leader called me to let me know they would be done at the first facility in about 10 or 15 minutes. Little did he know I was at the facility already. When I saw them, not only were they done, but just sitting there in the trucks. We then proceeded to the second location, which was less than 10 minutes away. I followed them half the distance and then went on to the facility. 30 minutes later they showed up. Once loaded we proceeded to the new home about 45 minutes away. I waited at the new home for an hour and a half before they showed up. They claimed that the U-Haul broke down. Unloading went fine, but the the bill came. Not $985.36, but $1909.13. What a shock!! We called "the boss". I suspect she was the same person another review dealt with, as she was rude and disrespectful, and refused to budge on anything. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back to inform me that I signed the paperwork and I was stuck. During the entire conversation, she was rude as can be. A little advice. Do not sign anything until the work is done. By the way. John called me later to apologize for his mistake, but I still must have misunderstood.
